This website is operated by SOTROPA VADIM, trading as VADIM HEDONIST, at 48 R DES BELLES FEUILLES, 75116 PARIS, FRANCE. The contact details submitted through the inquiry form are used to respond to your request and plan your photoshoot.

Booking inquiries

The form collects your name, email, preferred date, session type and number of people. Phone, preferred location and message are optional. Inquiries are stored in the website administration area.

How long information is kept

Booking inquiries / prospects: personal data submitted through a booking or contact inquiry that does not result in a confirmed service may be retained for up to 3 years from the last contact initiated by the person.

Client contact data: where a photoshoot or other service takes place, ordinary client/contact data may be retained for up to 3 years following the end of the client relationship or the client’s last meaningful contact.

Legal / accounting records: documents and personal data that must be retained to comply with French accounting, tax or other legal obligations may be stored for the longer statutory retention period applicable to those records.

After the applicable retention period, personal data should be deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
